Enjoy fun adventures together as a family! Come and visit us and experience an exciting historical walking trail featuring various works of art along the way, or visit Dals Rostock Station House – built to half scale.

Kroppefjäll B&B is set in a park-like environment in the heart of Dalsland, right on the edge of a large nature reserve. It is the perfect place to enjoy the outdoors and find activities for the whole family. Take a walk along Doctor Saedén’s Trail, a 100-year-old walking route that passes the spectacular Brattås viewpoint. Along the trail, you will find various monuments, each with its own story to tell and something to inspire the whole family. There is also a lake on the grounds where you can go swimming from the jetty, ladder or beach.

In the village of Dals Rostock, about a 20-minute walk from the B&B, you will find the charming Station House – a wonderful place for the younger members of the family to visit. The Station House has been built to a 1:2 scale based on the original building that once stood here, making everything the perfect size for children. You can borrow the key from the local shop, Byxfixans Livs, right next door.

If you have a four-legged member of the family, they are more than welcome too, and we offer free admission to Kroppefjäll Dog Park.

Cook a meal together over an open fire, in our guest kitchen or in your own apartment. You can bring whatever ingredients you would like to cook, or book our barbecue package featuring locally produced ingredients. We also have a restaurant on the premises where you can enjoy a delicious meal after a wonderful day outdoors. The restaurant’s opening hours vary throughout the year.
